Protein Peppermint Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 tbsp melted coconut oil/butter/ghee1 egg

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup almond flour

3 tsp. coconut sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 scoop @oriyaorganics ‘gather paleo plant protein’ powder

2 tbsp. crushed peppermint

2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Use a fork to whisk the egg and oil/butter together in a large mug.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Microwave for 2- 2 1/2 minutes!
