Peanut Butter Maca Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup @bobsredmill GF quick oats

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp. @terrasoul maca powder

2 tbsp. @maranathanutbutters banana peanut butter

1 tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 scoop @ancientnutrition collagen

1 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Stir everything together and cook it on the stove until it thickens up (you could also cover it with a paper towel and microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes.)

  2. I topped mine with cacao nibs and more peanut butter!
