Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs

2 small bananas (mashed)

1/4 cup agave

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together the egg and agave, then stir in the mashed banana.

  4. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks, scrape batter into the dish, and bake for 30 minutes!
