Chewy Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten free oat flour

1/4 cup almond flour

1 tbsp. coconut sugar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.

  2. Stir all of the ingredients together in a bowl until dough forms.

  3. Roll into 9 balls, use a fork to slightly flatten them, and bake for 7-8 minutes!
