Mint Cacao Balls

Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp agave

1/4 cup @sunbutter sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Roll dough into balls

  3. Coat in melty chocolate (I used @alterecosf sea salt dark chocolate)

  4. Roll them in crushed peppermint and stick in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

  5. Once set, I snapped a picture and stored them in the fridge!
