Fluffy Almond Butter Muffins

Ingredients:

1/4 cup @yumbutter superfood almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

1/4 cup @bobsredmill GF oat flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs

2 tbsp. agave

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Spray or line a mini muffin tin (each one is probably a little different in size and will require a different baking time, so just be sure to watch them closely— I found my tin at TJ Maxx!)

  4. Pour in the batter (mine made around 11 mini muffins)

  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes!
