Cinnamon Banana Bread Bars with Walnuts

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1 cup @bobsredmill GF oat flour

1/4 cup @bobsredmill GF quick cooking oats

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

2 bananas (mashed)

1/4 cup agave/ honey/or applesauce

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until combined.

  4. Fold in the raisins and walnuts, pour batter into an 8x8 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes!

  5. Leave in the pan for at least 5-10 minutes before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
