Blueberry Oat Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

2 bananas (mashed)

1/4 cup agave/honey/maple syrup

1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until combined.

  4. Fold in the blueberries, pour batter into an 8x8 pan and bake for 30 minutes!

  5. Leave in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting the slices.
