Banana Cookie Dough Balls

PROTEIN PACKED BANANA COOKIE DOUGH BALLS! Try saying that five times lol. The other day I got some mini chocolate chips from @sunspirechocolate and knew they would be perfect in an energy ball recipe, so I put a fun little twist on cookie dough and added a banana! Perfect for a snack, dessert, or a breakfast treat. I ended up putting mine in the freezer, and they have the best texture!

Ingredients:

1 mashed banana

2 tbsp nut butter (melted)

3/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  2. Use a little ice cream scoop or spoon to make little dough balls.

  3. Then you can refrigerate them or freeze them!
