Pumpkin Pasta Sauce

 I’m definitely one of those people who eats pumpkin year round 🎃It’s just TOO good and this plant based pumpkin pasta sauce came out soooo creamy and flavorful!

Ingredients:

Pasta (I used Banza chickpea pasta)

1 cup 100% pumpkin purée

1 cup coconut milk

1 tsp. basil leaves

1 tsp. oregano leaves

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Just put all of the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.

  2. Then, in a pan, heat the sauce over the stove until warm and enjoy with the pasta!
