Vanilla Cake Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan.

  2. Put all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Scoop or pipe the batter into the donut pan {makes 8-9} and bake for 12-13 minutes!
