Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cake Bars

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar {I used coconut sugar}

• 1 tsp. baking powder

• 1/2 cup milk {I used almond milk}

• 2 tbsp. oil {I used avocado oil}

• 1/2 cup diced strawberries

• 1/3 cup @hukitchen chocolate chips

• 2 eggs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients + chocolate chips & strawberries.

3. Spread the batter into the 8x8 dish & bake for 23 minutes {I topped mine with @simplemills frosting mixed with mashed strawberries}
